East Wood bluebells
A later start than recently....work...always gets in the way and had to do a bit extra last night....so slept in...not the end of the world though...!
I thought I would attempt a count as more warblers have been arriving....and as the Chiffchaffs have been having somewhat duvet days it seemed a good time.
Warbler count:
Chiffchaff 39
Blackcap 16
Whitethroat 5
Willow Warbler 10
Cettis Warbler 1
Nightingale 2
The Cettis Warbler has moved back along the woodland, west....
Making an appearance on the mostly hidden pit by the quarry 3 Mandarin Duck, all boys, swam by....nice...!!
Meantime over west pit 8 Swallow were busy along with 4 House Martin and 3 Sand Martin....
